Hi, I'm Fiona and I'm a senior HR and Recruitment specialist, with experience across a wide range of industries. I'm based in the North West and specialise in the interim market, providing businesses with flexible project support.
I'm passionate about what makes great employee experiences and how companies can deliver them.
I started my career in a small consultancy business, training unemployed graduates and placing them into local businesses.
From there, I moved into larger organisations, initially focusing on Resourcing roles with companies including Matalan Retail, TDG Logistics and, for nearly 10 years, O2. I managed O2's UK Resourcing Team before moving into broader HR roles, managing HR service delivery teams and shared service functions.
O2 taught me so much about company culture and engagement - how to create work environments which attract and bring out the best in people.
Along the way, I've picked up a few shiny certificates. I'm a chartered member of the CIPD, I'm qualified at Level A & B for occupational testing and I'm trained to yellow belt level in Lean Six Sigma.
I now work with businesses helping them improve their people processes and employee experiences. And hopefully having some fun along the way. My sector experience includes Telecoms and Technology, Logistics, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and E-Commerce and I've managed projects for companies including Global Radio, Swinton Insurance, Digital Realty and Moneysupermarket.
Oh, and when I'm not working, you'll normally find me in the great outdoors walking, climbing mountains, cycling and running (very slowly).
